Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Computer's Worth Inc. indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms or conditions are signed by Computer's Worth Inc. Computer's Worth Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Internet Sales Only
We are no longer set up in a retail location.
We provide sales over the Internet only. Unfortunately we are no longer set up to allow customers to pick up product from our location, we apologize for any inconvenience this might cause.
All items are normally shipped the same day if ordered by 3pm cst.
Download Orders: The order process is handled manually to prevent fraud, as a result, it takes 1 to 2 business days to fulfill key orders via email.
Unopened software may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days of the order date. Returned merchandise with the box Unopened and IS what you ordered, for whatever reason, is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If product is returned and found to be opened internally or externally, there will be No Credit/Refund under any circumstances.
We do not accept returns or exchange of software from one product to another, under any circumstances, even if the package is unopened, since all orders when placed by any means are posted as a final sale when placed.
Opened Software Policy 8
No returns allowed, under any circumstances, on software that has been opened. Since all of our software is new and direct from the manufacturer, Computer's Worth Inc. reserves the right, that OPENED SOFTWARE is NOT RETURNABLE due to present technologies, and there will be NO REFUND, under any circumstance(s). Keep in mind, if the software is OPENED -- YOU OWN IT, and there will be no return or refund allowed, under any circumstance(s). We apologize that we can not provide refunds for Opened Non-Defective Software.
OEM Software Policy
We will not accept any returns or give refunds for OEM software. If product is defective we will exchange for same product ONLY.
